South Tyneside estate agency Goldfinch named as one of best in the UK

South Tyneside-based estate agents, Goldfinch, has been placed in the top three per cent of estate agents in the UK.

Its position in the prestigious Estate Agency Masters Awards, comes at a time of increased investment by the firm, including the appointment of Angela Todd as a company director.

The Estate Agency Masters Awards are held every year and are based on eight months of mystery shopper reviews, property performance and marketing quality.

Goldfinch has also been crowned ‘Best Estate Agency in the North East Region’ by Relocation Network Agency.

Mark Finch, company director, said: “This truly has been a superb year at a time when a lot of high street stores are struggling and Brexit is causing uncertainty. Our success in both awards is the icing on the cake and clear evidence of the phenomenal work carried out by Angela and her teams

The company have recetly made a decision not to renew its tenancy at its Boldon branch and investing further in advanced systems at its South Shields headquarters.

Angela said: “Like all companies, we have to continually review our operations and to plan for the future. Our headquarters has always been in South Shields and we will be relocating all staff members of our Boldon branch to our South Shields office, which will become the hub of the business.”
