Haunting images show empty South Shields streets and seafront usually busy with Easter Monday visitors
The last day of the Easter Bank Holiday weekend would normally see crowds flocking to South Shield’s seafront and into the town centre.
So as the coronavirus lockdown enters its fourth week, are people still obeying Government advice to stay home and limit the spread of the virus?
It certainly seems as though they are.
