Staff member at Home Bargains store tests positive for coronavirus

A member of staff at Jarrow’s Home Bargains has tested positive for cornoavirus, bosses have confirmed.

The discount store, in Station Street, has remained open but bosses say they have followed Government guidance to do their part to help prevent the spread of the virus.

A spokesperson from Home Bargains said: “We have responded in accordance with the Government’s guidance and taken every reasonable precaution to ensure that we have done our part to help prevent the spread of this virus.
