We are putting the spotlight on another South Tyneside neighbourhood as we turn back the clock once more.
These 10 photos all come from East Boldon and they show award-winning sausages, East Boldon junior school kitchen staff and a chip shop during National Chip Week.
It’s not all about food either as we also have retro scenes from a pub, a fun day and a scout group.
They all come from our archives and we hope you enjoy our step back in time.
