Meet the North East's star bakers as families get inspired by Great British Bake Off

This year’s series of the Great British Bake Off is finally back on our television screens.

And as we prepare for Chocolate Week – airing on Tuesday, October 13 – we launched a search for the region’s very own star bakers, who have been hard at work in their kitchens whipping up tasty treats for the whole family to enjoy.
