As the coronavirus restrictions start to ease, some of us are returning to work - but for many, going back to the office can be a daunting prospect.
The latest episode of Alone Together looks ahead to life after lockdown, and how we can stay protected in the workplace.
Martie van Tongeren, professor of occupational and environmental health at the University of Manchester, tells the podcast that employers need to “redesign their work in a number of different ways” after the pandemic.
He said: “In the past, we’ve had a system where we say, ‘Okay, you can work from home if you really need to.’
