The Dogs Trust has so many amazing dogs up for adoption with the hope of finding forever homes for all.
Darlington, Leeds, and Edinburgh rehoming centres have more than 80 dogs in search of their families and this is just a small selection of those on offer.
Here we have 17 cute pups in need of a home - you can find out more at: https://www.dogstrust.org.uk/.
Take a look and see if you can open your heart and home to a furry friend.

9. Nova (German Shepherd Dog)
Beautiful Nova is ready to settle down into an adult, peaceful home. She’ll flourish with a patient family and who ideally have experience of the breed. Nova can take time to make friends so a home with minimal visitors will be best. A home with a garden will be great for her to play about in until she’s ready to go exploring out on walks. Nova may live with another dog pending a successful intro. | Dogs Trust Darlington

10. Lenny (Lurcher)
Lenny is looking for a home that is in a quieter location and ideally has no neighbouring/passing dogs. He can react when seeing other dogs so needs a bit more help with this. With introductions done in the correct way though he may have some walking pals. Lenny adores people and struggles on his own so would like his family at home to keep him company. | Dogs Trust Darlington

11. Loki (Siberian Husky)
Loki is a sweet, sensitive boy who has had a difficult start in life. He is looking for an adult only home with no visiting children as he requires quite a lot of guidance and time. He will need to be the only pet in the home but can have dog walking friends to build up his social skills. He will need a lot of exercise and mental stimulation and is very strong on the lead. He is an excitable, playful boy when he knows you. | Dogs Trust Darlington

12. Charlie (Greyhound)
Charlie is ready to start his next chapter after retiring from racing. He’s looking for patient adopters who can help him settle into homelife and introduce things such as house training and building up any time alone. He’s liking his big cosy beds and is a quick learner so it shouldn’t take him to long to find his paws. Charlie has a big heart and big, long legs to go with it, for this reason he’d be best suited to a home with kids who are comfortable around larger dogs. There is potential for Charlie to share the home with another doggy friend. | Dogs Trust Darlington
