The Dogs Trust has so many amazing dogs up for adoption with the hope of finding forever homes for all.
Darlington, Leeds, and Edinburgh rehoming centres have more than 80 dogs in search of their families and this is just a small selection of those on offer.
Here we have 17 cute pups in need of a home - you can find out more at: https://www.dogstrust.org.uk/.
Take a look and see if you can open your heart and home to a furry friend.

5. Barley (Samoyed Cross)
Barley is a lovely, clever boy looking for patient owners who will help him build confidence and settle into home life. He can be a little anxious at times, so he’d love a calm, adult-only home where things are fairly predictable. He enjoys training and having something to do, so he’d suit people who are happy to spend time building a bond with him. Barley can be a bit cheeky and may try to steal the odd item, but he’s a smart lad who already knows a “drop” and is keen to learn more. | Dogs Trust Darlington

6. Maple (Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross)
Maple is a sweet three-year-old girl looking for a calm, understanding home where she can truly settle and shine. She can live with older teens who’ll respect her space and help her feel safe. She’ll need to be the only dog in the home, as she enjoys having her own space to relax, but she can have walking buddies once she’s built her confidence. | Dogs Trust Darlington

7. Buster (Saluki Cross)
Buster is a two-year-old sweetheart who’s had quite a lot going on in his young life, so he can be a bit of a worrier at times. Because of this, he’s looking for a patient and understanding family who are happy to continue his training and help build his confidence. He’s a clever and loving boy who really enjoys having something to do, and he’ll thrive with owners who want to spend time teaching him and helping him feel secure. | Dogs Trust Darlington

8. Ralphie (Patterdale Terrier)
Ralphie is looking for a calm home set up with adult adopters. He’s previously been housetrained, although we would suggest any time alone be built up gradually. It’ll be best for Ralphie to be the only dog in the home and have quieter areas to explore on walks. The team have been working closely with Ralphie to reach his training goals - which he’s done amazingly with! This will need to be continued in the home which we will happily go through during meets. | Dogs Trust Darlington
