The Dogs Trust has so many amazing dogs up for adoption with the hope of finding forever homes for all.
The Darlington rehoming centre has plenty of canines searching for a place to live and this is just a small selection of those on offer.

5. Lewy (French Bulldog)
Lewy is ready to find a family and home to call his own! He’d be best matched with a family who are happy to start basic training and provide plenty of companionship. He can be a little worried with noises so a calm home set up with older teens would be best. Lewy can live with another doggy friend or can meet up with pals when out on walks. | Dogs Trust Darlington

6. Darren (Whippet Cross)
Meet Darren, a young boy full of fun and eager to learn. He’s already smashing his basics and will enjoy furthering his skill set with fun training games. As Darren loves zoomie time, a home with a garden will offer the ideal space for those giddy moments. He also likes to keep entertained with toy-time too. Darren would be best suited to living with teenagers and pending a successful intro, could live with another doggy friend. | Dogs Trust Darlington

7. Lilo (Dutch Shepherd)
This gorgeous Dutch Shepherd is a clever girl who loves learning and will thrive with an active family keen to continue her training and teach her new skills. She’ll need support while settling into her new home, including housetraining and gradually building up time spent alone. Lilo greets everyone lovely and loves enrichment games that involve food. | Dogs Trust Darlington

8. The General (German Shepherd Dog)
Looking for a family who are a super lovers of his breed is The General! He’ll thrive with ‘Shepherdy’ people who can provide him with plenty of attention that he adores. The General does need his training continuing in the home. This will include house training and leaving hours, calm greetings with people and keeping up social skills with other dogs. | Dogs Trust Darlington
