While an understanding of the energy market is desirable for some positions, it’s not essential as the business offers training and boasts numerous career development opportunities, in its newly introduced GEAB Management development plan.

One of the Management development plan success stories, newly-appointed Sales Team Manager Lewis Johnson urged prospective job hunters to apply.

He said: “Having worked at numerous consultancies in the past, GEAB really stands out for me. I joined initially as an Energy Consultant in July last year, after working to my true potential I was finally rewarded with a Sales Team Manager position.

“I urge any prospective candidates looking to work for a thriving, rewarding consultancy to apply now, you certainly will not regret it. It has changed my life!”

In addition to ongoing training, the company says that it offers competitive rates of pay, uncapped bonuses, an incentive scheme and opportunities to travel to the company's European offices.

Paul Cobb, managing director, said: “Recruiting additional sales experts will allow us to continue to provide excellent customer service to our valued clients.

"We have been very impressed by the candidates we’ve interviewed to date but we’re still actively recruiting.

“Promoting from within was a big target this year and the management development plan has enabled us to find superb internal leadership.”

Established in 2015, the company's sales are estimated to reach £9million in its third financial year.
