And the Match of the Day pundit instead feels another England international, Tottenham Hotspur's Harry Kane has the best chance of reeling him in along with Sergio Aguero of Manchester City.
Kane has 56 top-flight goals to his name.

Asked if he felt anyone could overtake him by the Greek edition of FourFourTwo, Shearer said: "I thought that Wayne Rooney would do it or come close, but it's looking more and more unlikely with him now playing a deeper role for Manchester United.
"Harry Kane has made a great to start to his Premier League career, and if he stays fit and remains in the Premier League instead of moving to play abroad, he could have a chance.
"Sergio Aguero is playing for a strong and attacking side.
"I guess the same question can be asked of him – will he stay for the remainder of his career in the Premier League?"
