Andros Townsend's message to Newcastle fans and Rafa Benitez


Townsend is in Roy Hodgson's provisional 26-man England squad for the tournament.
The 24-year-old hasn't featured for his country since last October, when he fell out of favour at Tottenham Hotspur.

Hide AdBut the winger returned to the fold after impressing in the latter part of the season following his £12million move to St James's Park.
"I cannot speak highly enough of the Newcastle fans and manager Rafa Benitez," Townsend told the Evening Standard.
“They have helped get my confidence from under the ground, where it was six months ago, to back up where I want it to be. I am back on top form. I feel good, fresh and sharp.
“I am not naive, maybe I got my chance (in the squad) because Danny Welbeck and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain got injured but I need to take it with both hands.”
Townsend added that he would "sit down" and discuss his future once he returns from England duty.
