Some members of the cast of St James RC Pimary School's production of HMS Pinafore, 1979.

The youngsters, dressed for a production of HMS Pinafore in 1979, went to St James RC Primary School, while the sailor-hatted Minerbirds, were members of the ladies section of the Westoe Miners’ Social Club, photographed a year earlier.
