Concern grows for man missing from home for more than a week

A man who has not contacted his family since he left home more than a week ago has sparked an appeal by police.

Kevin Woods, 35, and from Crawcrook in Gateshead, has been missing since Friday, October 22.

He left his address that day and has not been seen or spoken to by his family since and they are concerned for his welfare.

Kevin is 6ft 2in tall, of large build and has short brown but greying hair.

He was last seen wearing a black North Face jacket and blue jeans.
