Drink driving, criminal damage and theft: 8 criminals who appeared before magistrates in South Tyneside
Harvey Weedy, 18, of Fenwick Street, Boldon Colliery, was given a 12-month conditional discharge after pleading guilty to criminal damage. He was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £21 surcharge.
Grant Foster, 38, of Central Avenue, Whitburn, pleaded guilty to driving with excess alcohol, without a licence and without insurance and was banned from driving for 18 months. He was also fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £31 surcharge.

Hide AdCarl Dent, 38, of Dean Road, South Shields, pleaded guilty to driving with excess alcohol. He was given a 12-month community order with 150 hours of unpaid work and was banned from driving for 30 months. He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and a £90 surcharge.
Barbara Jones, 40, of Wellington Street, Hebburn, was fined £120 after she admitted driving with excess alcohol. He was banned from driving for 18 months and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £32 surcharge.
Lewis Houghton, 19, of Bluebell Way, South Shields, was given a six-month conditional discharge after he admitted being drunk and disorderly. He was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £21 surcharge.
Lee James Bratton, 28, of Alnwick Road, South Shields, pleaded guilty to two charges of assault and one of criminal damage. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 in compensation and £85 costs.

Hide AdLee Daniel Fenwick, 34, of Spencer Street, Jarrow, pleaded guilty to damaging a window at JD Sports and at McDonalds, both to the value of £2,000. He was given a 12-month community order and told to pay a total of £400 in compensation.
Michael Dean Robinson, 32, of Bramham Court, South Shields, admitted threatening behaviour. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay £40 costs and a £32 surcharge.
