Gary Davidson, 42, did so once after returning to Newmarket Walk, in South Shields, at 7.06pm on Thursday, January 21, to find his front door smashed in.
Already six minutes late for his 7pm curfew start time, he broke bail again by promptly leaving to go to a friend’s house to charge his flat mobile phone.

Davidson has now been warned not to breach his bail again after admitting the offence when he appeared at South Tyneside Magistrates’ Court.
He is due to be sentenced at Newcastle Crown Court on Friday, April 9, on a charge of common assault.
Prosecutor Clare Irving told the hearing: “The defendant was out past his curfew.
“He returned home at 7.06pm and then left home about two seconds later, and he then returned home late.

Judith Curry, defending, said: “He had returned home slightly after 7pm.
“When he got home his front door had been broken down and his mobile phone hadn’t been charged, so he went off to a friend’s house to call the police.
“He returned later, at 7.19pm, having called the police, and there will be an incident number for this.
