Darlington, Leeds, and Edinburgh rehoming centres have more than 80 dogs in search of their families and this is just a small selection of those on offer.
Take a look and see if you can open your heart and home to a furry friend.

13. Kai (Border Collie Cross)
Kai is a friendly eight-year-old Collie Cross. He's fine around other dogs out and about but he doesn't like to share so needs to be the only pet in his home. He likes a calm home so only older teenage kids would be suitable for him. He has a couple of medical needs which will require ongoing medication but don't let this put you off as Dogs Trust may be able to support with some of the cost. | Dogs Trust Leeds

14. Dasher and Posie (Basset Hound Cross)
Dasher is a two-year-old Basset hound cross. Dasher an energetic young boy who is looking to be rehomed with his mum, Posie. Dasher is active lad who is always on the go! He loves to keep busy by either exploring on walks, doing zoomies in the garden or playing games at home. Dasher and Posie would like to be the only pets in the home and are looking for an adult only environment. | Dogs Trust Edinburgh

15. Poppy (Bulldog)
Poppy is a lovely one-year-old Bulldog. She is a very sweet and friendly girl who loves spending time with people. She is looking for a home with children aged 8-years-old and above with her own garden where she can potter and have the occasional zoomie! She is happy to have doggy friends while out on walks, however, is very independent and likes to do her own thing. | Dogs Trust Edinburgh

16. Rocco (Beagle)
Rocco is a seven-year-old beagle. Rocco would like to be the only pet in the home but is happy to say hello to polite dogs out and about. He can live with children five and above, and would like access to a garden where he can enjoy sunbathing! | Dogs Trust Edinburgh
