There are so many gorgeous dogs in search of their forever home this week across the North and North East.
Darlington, Cumbria and Leeds rehoming centres are hoping to find lovely homes for their dogs in order to give them the best possible lives.
Here are just 17 of the dogs searching for a loving family and forever home this week.

13. Henry (Beagle, four years)
Henry is a 4 year old male hound who walks well on the lead. Travels well in the car. He enjoys being comfortable on the couch and loves having his ears rubbed. He is an obedient boy who has coming from a loving home. He can be left up to 4 hours once settled and is house trained. Henry loves to sniff as he walks, he has good recall (in a secure area) he loves throwing soft toys around in the air and pouncing on them. Henry is a wonderful hound, so if you are looking for an active dog who is ready for adventures then Henry may be the one for you. | SG Photo: Dogs Trust Cumbria

14. Rory (Lurcher, four years)
Lurcher's are such sweet and loving dogs and Rory is no exception. He is friendly with everyone he meets and clearly enjoys his walkies. He is very foody so if you fancy teaching him a few fun tricks he'll definitely be up that! His perfect match would be an active family looking for a dog to take on plenty of fun adventures. | DT Photo: Dogs Trust Leeds

15. Kaye (Italian Corso Dog, nine months)
Kaye has come on leaps and bounds with his training and in a home where he'll continue learning he'll really flourish. He's a friendly lad but just needs a little space when he first meets you. Once there is a relationship, he's playful and enjoys a good cuddle too! He enjoys his walkies but will need to walk in quieter areas initially as he builds his confidence. With a little time and patience, young Kaye will soon be an asset to his family. | ST Photo: Dogs Trust Leeds

16. Pablo (Belgian Shepherd, one-two years)
If you’re looking for a dog to do training with then look further. Pablo is a clever pup and is eager to learn the basics and then some! He’ll also benefit from mental enrichment where he can keep his mind busy. A home with a garden will be ideal for off lead zoomies and playtimes before lounging in a sunny spot. There is sensitive side to this larger-than-life chap and he can find some noises worrying and would benefit from a confidence boost to help with this. Pablo has masses of potential in the right home and is sure to be a rewarding dog to work with. | DT Photo: Dogs Trust Darlington
