Drivers using mobiles must be caught

I quite agree that something has to be done about drivers and their mobile phones.

However, these people have to be caught and the deterrent has to work.

Surely, we have all read enough stories to know the consequences of using our phones while driving – to no avail.

Make learning of the dangers part of a driving lesson.
