Dwight Gayle handed Newcastle start against Braga

Rafa Benitez's side take on the Primeira Liga club at the Estadio Municipal de Braga (7.30pm kick-off).

Gayle was an unused substitute for last weekend's friendly against Porto amid talks over a swap deal for West Bromwich Albion's Salomon Rondon.

The two clubs, and Gayle, couldn't come to an agreement.

And Gayle will lead the line against Braga.
