Emergency services called to reports of medical incident on A19

The ambulance service attended the scene of a medical incident on the A19 Southbound this afternoon, June 23.

The ambulance service attended the scene on the A19 Southbound.

The North East Ambulance Service were called to the A19 Soutbound near Testo's Roundabout at 2.50pm this afternoon, June 23 following a report of a medical incident.

Police confirmed that one lane was closed to allow paramedics to offer treatment but has since re-opened.

A North East Ambulance spokesperson said: “We were called at 2.50pm to the A19 to reports of a medical incident.

"One ambulance attended.”
