Gap in service on Metro due to failed train
There is a gap in service on the Metro system due to a failed train.
This is causing delays of 15 minutes between Pelaw and South Shields stations.
Metro tweeted: "There is a gap in service of 15 minutes between Pelaw and South Shields due to a failed train.
"Sorry for any inconvenience caused."
