9. Lupin (Border Collie)
Lupin is looking for a family who are up for keeping a clever Collie’s mind happy and stimulated. Someone will need to be present to help settle Lupin into homelife. Any time required on his own will need building up gradually. A home with a garden will be ideal. Following successful introductions Lupin can live with older teens. and a dog savvy cat following the correct introduction. Some situations can be worrying for Lupin so he’ll need plenty of positive experiences and a steady approach when first making friends. Lupin does show strong breed traits, so he’ll thrive with a family who have experience with these. Lupin may need long-term medication to help with his hips so adopters will need to take this into consideration. | Dogs Trust Darlington

10. Archie (Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross)
Archie is a cheeky and excitable young chap who is going to keep his new owners on their toes. He needs owners who are going to be dedicated to his training, and around during the day as he does not like to be left. He is looking for owners who are as active as he is and who can help keep entertained with lots of exercise but also plenty of fun, games and mental enrichment. | Dogs Trust Darlington

11. Herbie (Lurcher)
Herbie is a wonderful affectionate boy who enjoys nothing more than socialising with both his human and doggie pals. He could potentially live with another dog depending on a meet and children of 10+. Herbie is housetrained and happy to be alone for short periods but this will need building up. He travels well and as much as he loves his zoomies he's also equally as happy snuggled up on the sofa. Herbie is currently in a foster home were he is thriving, he is a fun energetic boy who would make a wonderful addition to a home. | Dogs Trust Darlington

12. Frankie (Belgian Shepherd)
Frankie is looking to join an active family who can keep her mentally and physically stimulated. She’d like to enjoy the home comforts to herself by being the only dog in the home. Although, for when out and about, some doggy friends would be great so she can keep up her social skills. Frankie is housetrained and will be ok with spending a little time on her own if built up gradually. In the home everyone should be in their teens. Adopters will be invited to the centre for a couple of meets to give Frankie time to build up a relationship and go through her training plans so she can carry on succeeding. | Dosg Trust Darlington
