It's all about the tea mug

Having read in the morning newspaper that after tracking the health of about 1,200 women for 10 years, Australian researchers came to the conclusion drinking three cups of tea a day could beat the curse of brittle bones.

It is a disease which could lead to painful fractures not to mention broken hips.

Then coincidentally several pages on I was invited to send away for a Terry Wogan ‘Old Geezer’ or ‘Old Gal’ mug. This seemed to me to be quite disrespectful as the country’s favourite broadcaster had only been dead a week.

However, the only saving grace being that for every ‘tribute’ mug sold a £1 would be donated to Terry Wogan’s favourite charity Children in Need.
