Jarrow-founded roofing firm picks up top award for the fifth year running
A roofing firm that has its roots in Jarrow has picked up a prestigious award.
Trustmark Roofing & Building Limited has been named as the Best Roofing Contractor at the Prestige Awards 2025/26 - marking the fifth year running that the firm has won the award.
From having a modest office in Jarrow, the small family venture has now grown into one of the North East’s leading roofing and building companies, now operating from an office in the heart of Gateshead.
Founded by cousins Christopher Dodds and Robert Findley, Trustmark Roofing & Building Limited has expanded to cover the whole of the North East to deliver a full range of roofing and building services.

Christopher and Robert have expressed their delight and surprise at picking up the award for the fifth year in a row, as well as thanking everyone who has helped to make it possible.
They said: “We are honestly blown away to receive this award again for 2025.
“From our early days in Jarrow to where we are now in Gateshead, it’s been an unbelievable journey. None of this would be possible without our amazing team and loyal customers.
