Little Mix star Jade Thirlwall celebrated her birthday with a splash in the cold North Sea when she took part in the annual Cancer Connections Boxing Day Dip.

The singer, who is enjoying a visit home over Christmas, took the time to take part in the charity fundraiser for the 12th year running in memory of her nana Pam. Jade also enjoyed a night out at South Shields club House of Diamonds to celebrate her 26th birthday along with boyfriend Jed Eliott, the Struts bassist.
