Newcastle keep tabs on Leeds defender as West Brom weigh up £5m move
The Magpies have scouted the 23-year-old on several occasions and will run the rule over Taylor again on Sunday when they take on Leeds at Elland Road.
But West Brom boss Tony Pulis is a big fan of the £5million-rated left-back, and the Baggies are understood to be weighing up a January move for him.

Hide AdNewcastle boss Rafa Benitez is still looking at his left-back options, with Achraf Lazaar yet to start a Championship game since his summer move from Palermo.
Massadio Haidara, meanwhile, has recovered from a long-term injury.
Paul Dummett has performed solidly this season, but Benitez is still looking to improve his squad, and Taylor is a player Newcastle have watched over the last 18 months.
Ironically, Pulis' interest in Taylor could open the door for Newcastle to reignite their interest in Everton left-back Brendan Galloway, who opted to move to the Hawthorns on loan in August amid interest from Benitez.

Leeds' teenage prospect Ronaldo Vieira has also been linked with the Magpies, but sources around the Elland Road club have played down the interest.
