An England Under-19 international, the 18-year-old has two years left on his existing contract at Walsall.
He has also attracted interest from the likes of Sunderland, Arsenal, Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, Leicester City, Watford, Brighton & Hove Albion and Hull City.
