Aleksandar Mitrovic sent a heartfelt message to Newcastle United's fans after the club's stunning EFL Cup win over Preston North End.
The striker scored twice in Tuesday night's 6-0 victory at St James's Park.
And Mitrovic, the last player to leave the field, has spoken in glowing terms about the club's supporters.
The 22-year-old said: "My heart is full for this club. When you hear the whole stadium sing your name, it really is unbelievable."
