No reason for fine charges

I attended an appointment at the hospital, paid for my parking giving me plenty of time.

I was sent to get a blood test. This sent me over the time I had paid for. I noticed a sign in the reception and the bloods area, which stated that if you go over your parking time because of the hospital’s fault, leave your details with reception and staff will pass it on.

I was surprised then to get a letter and invoice from Parking Eye.

I appealled this with Parking Eye then with Popla.

Both times the appeal has been turned down, however no evidence as to why has been given.
