North East town named in UK's top ten funniest by Hebburn star Chris Ramsey

Fanny Barks, in Durham, features in the list of dubious-sounding places after Ramsey, the brains behind the poll, undertook the mission to seek out the UK's most weird and wonderfully named towns.
