Further details about Little Mix's BBC talent show revealed as show is set to go ahead this year despite coronavirus

The programme - called Little Mix: The Search - will see the former X Factor winners create and mentor new bands.
The series is being made with coronavirus guidelines in place and the groups will live together while gaining access to voice coaches, songwriters and producers.

Hide AdLittle Mix band members Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall, Jesy Nelson and Leigh-Anne Pinnock will star in the programme.
South Shields star Jade Thirlwall said: "The auditions were great fun to film.
"So much talent auditioned for the show that it was genuinely tough to decide who should go through.
"There are lots of twists and turns."


Band mate Perrie Edwards, who also hails from South Shields, added: "We can't wait for everyone to see what we've been working on because it's so good.

South Shields comedian Chris Ramsey has also been confirmed as the programme’s host, meaning that the new series will place the North East firmly in the limelight.
Announcing the news on Twitter back in March, the girls said: “Beyond excited to announce Chris Ramsey as the host of Little Mix The Search. South Shields takeover on BBC One.”
Made up of seven 80-minute episodes, the show will follow the highs and lows of the new bands before a winner is chosen.
