Great North Feast in the Park is back for seconds as it returns for bank holiday weekend

The Great North Feast in the Park returned to South Shields at the weekend for three days of non-stop family fun.

This was the second time the popular free three-day food and drink festival returned to the seafront this year.

The Great North Feast in the Park headed to Bents Park from Saturday, Augsut 29, until Monday, August 31 after its success back in May.

Locals had the chance to enjoy street food vendors, stalls selling local produce, live music and entertainment for children.
