The four-minute hearing began at Poplar Coroner's Court. There were no members of Flack's family in attendance.
In court, coroner's officer Sandra Polson said police were driving through Northwold Road, Stoke Newington, on Saturday, February 15 when they were flagged down.
She added that when emergency services arrived at her flat in East London, she was "found lying on her back, she had apparently been found hanging.”

The hearing then heard that police attempted resuscitation, which was then continued by paramedics.
Flack was pronounced dead at the scene. Her body was later identified by sister, Jody Flack.
Proceedings have been adjourned until Wednesday, August 5.
