The local lad, and professional partner Karen Hauer, took on a party-starting Salsa routine at the Blackpool Tower Ballroom for the weekend’s show, netting 33 points and a place in the next live show on Saturday, November 23.

As the results show aired on BBC One on Sunday, November 17, the comedian and dad-of-one took to Twitter to say he was “over the moon” and thanked fans for keeping him and Karen in the competition.
