Little Mix star Jade Thirlwall's South Shields bar unveils new outdoor seating area

Arbeia on Ocean Road in South Shields, will welcome its first outdoor drinkers from this Friday, August 14, as it launches its new seating area.
Bar bosses have confirmed that it will be able to offer up to 16 customers the chance to enjoy a drink in its new beer garden as it expands with four outdoor tables.

The seating area will officially open to punters from 5pm on Friday and will be open from 3pm the following day, Saturday, August 15.
And those wishing to sit outside are asked to specify this when booking a table in advance; while those stopping by without a reservation are asked to speak to staff.
The bar is also now dog friendly until 7pm.


An Arebia bar spokesman said: “We want to thank all of our customers old and new for their continued support.
"We are really excited for the opening of new outdoor area which we hope you will love as much as we do.”

Hide AdArbeia has been a hit with customers since it opened in November 2019.
Originally named Red Door, the bar changed its name in February 2020 and expanded with a new nightclub next door called Industry.


South Shields singer Joe McElderry and Newcastle United player Andy Carroll also attended the bar’s opening night.
