Radhuni customers will now be able to enjoy their favourite dishes outdoors following the Government’s easing of lockdown restrictions on April 12.

Owner Kaz Chowdhury launched the new seating area on Thursday, April 15, and has already been inundated with bookings from customers keen to return to the much-loved restaurant.

Kaz said: “We have had great feedback, it’s all been positive [and] bookings are coming in.

Radhuni in Ocean Road has opened up a stunning outdoor seating area following the easing of lockdown restrictions.

"It’s something we wanted to do for quite a while and we decided that this is the right time to do it with the lockdown easing.”

The outdoor area features six tables of four with outdoor heaters available to ensure diners stay warm during their meal.

Customers will also be able to use the area for drinks once the restaurant opens its indoor space when further restrictions ease in May.

The new outdoor seating area at Radhuni in Ocean Road has been a hit with diners.

In the meantime diners can enjoy the full menu outdoors, with the restaurant open from 5pm to 10pm Monday to Friday.

Opening hours will be extended to 11pm when measures are eased further next month.

Owner Kaz said the outdoor area will be a permanent feature all year round going forward.

"People driving past who had no intention of coming in have decided to park up and come in for a meal after seeing the new outdoor area,” he said.

Heat lamps and awnings mean diners can enjoy a meal in all weathers.

"We had 22 people on the first night and that number will increase as time goes on and the weather improves.”

Raduni is taking bookings by phone for seats outdoors although it is accepting walk-ins as well.
