Guests looking for a few days by the seaside are now able to book one of the trendy new rooms at The Clifton Hotel and Coffee Shop on Ocean Road which went live online this week.
Owners Scott and Liz Carlucci took the opportunity to expand the hotel last year by buying the property next door when it came up for sale as part of their commitment to investing in the town.

Owner Scott, 50, has been delighted with the feedback he has had on the new rooms which are currently open to contractors and business people only under Government rules.
“We have been really busy and we have seen loads of bookings come in for rooms,” he said.
"We put the new rooms online this week so people can book.
"We have had a lot of contact workers this week and people on courses.

"People who have stayed with us say they wouldn’t stay anywhere else which is really good feedback.
"So it has all been really positive.”
As part of the expansion, the hotel has invested in measures to make it as safe as possible for guests during the pandemic.
They include keyless entry and contactless check-in/out, as well as Google Assistant in rooms to help answer visitor questions.
