The North East wedding venue which has been named the region's most romantic
A unique and special wedding venue has been named as the North East’s most romantic.
The Alnwick Garden won the Most Romantic Wedding Venue in the North East title at the English Wedding Awards – North.
Aiming to reward the hard work of those throughout the wedding industry, the Awards recognised the Northumberland destination and its two venues at a ceremony held in Manchester.
Kellie Hughes also won Wedding Coordinator of the Year in the North East and overall for the region for her work at The Alnwick Garden.
She paid tribute to the hard-working team and added: “It’s magical at The Alnwick Garden and getting married in a treehouse ... well it really doesn’t get more unique or special than that!
“But there’s so much more that goes on behind the scenes, with every wedding bespoke to each couple. It is all about the detail, so receiving this accolade this means so much to the team.”
