Smith’s Seaview Cafe, at the Ocean Beach Pleasure Park, has applied to South Tyneside Council for a Premises Licence/Club Premises Certificate.

The cafe wants to have on and off premises sales of alcohol and recorded music between noon and 11pm – Monday to Sunday.

Anyone who wishes to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Section, South Tyneside Council, Development Services, Level 2, Town Hall & Civic Offices, Westoe Road, South Shields NE33 2RL.

Representations must be made later than April 29.
