Put the lights back on

What on earth is going on with the traffic lights at the main roundabout at John Reid Road and Low Simonside exits.

I have lived on Low Simonside, Chillingham Terrace most of my life.

We have waited years for lights so we could actually get off our estate, which most people thought was a God send. However, now the lights have been off for the last three weeks and we are back to where we started.

It took me 15 minutes to get off the estate and then I was stuck on the roundabout because of the yellow box, which people ignore anyway.

Are the lights going to be put back on again after all the road works, I really hope so.
