Rafa Benitez loses Newcastle midfielder AND defender to injury ahead of Blackburn

Benitez today revealed that midfielder Jack Colback has a problem with his eye.

And defender Grant Hanley is struggling with a shin problem ahead of the Championship fixture.

Otherwise, the only absentee is winger Rolando Aarons, who is in Italy after undergoing surgery on a ruptured cruciate ligament.

United manager Benitez said: "Colback has some problem with his eye and won't be available."

Newcastle are looking to record a 10th successive win.
