Today she was banned from driving for three years and told to pay £1,185 in fines and costs.Alice Bailey, campaigns adviser for Brake, the road safety charity, said after the case: "It’s sad and shocking that Charlotte clearly didn’t learn from her last ban.

"We know they like to get “mortal” on Geordie shore, but drink-driving really is a matter of life and death.

"One in seven UK road deaths result from crashes where the driver was over the drink-drive limit, and Brake sees the devastation this leaves behind, through our work supporting bereaved families.

"Charlotte needs to have a serious think about the extreme danger she has placed not only herself but all other road users by selfishly getting behind the wheel after drinking yet again.”
