Romance is still alive
While on the 12.15pm Brockly Whins to Market bus on Wednesday, December 29, a Scottish gentleman got down on one knee in the aisle and proposed to his girlfriend.
After a moment’s consideration she said ‘yes’.
He was dressed in a grey parka and she in a black coat, both aged about 40 – the age of romance lives on.
At the age of 69 this is the first time I’ve seen this happen.
