Saido Berahino breaks deadline day silence with cheeky tweet to end specualtion over his future

Berahino infamously blasted West Bromwich Albion chairman Jeremy Peace on Twitter in the summer after seeing a move to Tottenham Hotspur blocked.

The striker has been the subject of much interest today, with Newcastle having had a £21million bid turned down.

Berahino will now stay at West Brom until the end of the season, but rather than hit out over the situation again, took to Twitter to post a cheeky message.

He said: “Everyone waiting once again for the silly little spoilt boy to make same mistake so here you go. Goodnight all and thanks for the support”

Newcastle could return to try and sign the forward in the summer.
