Snow always a surprise
Well, the snow fell and chaos reigned across the North East.
Why is it that every year we seem to be so unprepared for the white stuff?
Even more annoying is that you still see drivers tearing along the roads with not so much as a side light on.
I actually wonder if these people managed to pass their driving tests. It is a lack of regard and respect for other motorists. Surely, the police road patrols could do something about these drivers?
