Some ops are just not right
It's been suggested the NHS could save money by not giving out free health checks.
I have just had my annual check up and feel better for it.
However, it seems a bit rich when you hear of people who go private to have unnecessary surgery then, when it goes pear shaped, go crying to the NHS to rectify matters.
A recent example being of a guy who spent £300,000 on plastic surgery for a new nose, like Barbie’s Ken, which didn’t suit, and incredibly is getting a new one on the NHS at a cost to the taxpayer of £50,000.
That just doesn’t seem right, does it?
