South Shields nursery is all smiles for dentist's visit
Children at a South Shields Nursery have been getting their teeth into a new project.
Staff from St Michael’s Dental Practice visited the pre-school children at Nursery Time Kindergarten in Beach Road.
The dental nurse and the dentist spoke to the children about which foods are bad for their teeth and how important it is to make sure they are brushing them.
They also brought along a big model mouth for the children to practice brushing.
The dentist calso carried out a check-up of the children’s teeth.
