South Shields’ Ocean Beach Pleasure Park brings back its popular ‘unlimited rides card’
Ocean Beach Pleasure Park has announced the return of its unlimited rides card due to popular demand.
A popular South Shields funfair has brought back its unlimited rides offer due to “popular demand” for one weekend only.
Ocean Beach Pleasure Park, on Sea Road, has announced that the offer is returning for Saturday, September 19, and Sunday, September 20, between 12pm and 4pm.
Management at the South Shields fair have stated that the return of the offer is something that members of the public have been requesting for a long time.
The unlimited rides card will allow visitors to go on 13 different rides as many times as they like within a two-hour slot for just £20.
An Ocean Beach Pleasure Park spokesperson said: “The Unlimited Wristband used to be a hugely popular offer at Ocean Beach, one which many people remember fondly, so we are excited to bring it back and make visiting our park even more affordable for the people of South Tyneside and beyond, especially after the long summer holidays.”
Popular rides included in the offer are Space, the thrilling claw ride, as well as favourites such as Twist, Matterhorn, Break Dance, Pirate Ship, Music Express, and more.
The unlimited rides card is designed for those who are 1.2m and above in height.
Ocean Beach Pleasure Park visitors can purchase their unlimited cards online or via the fair’s app in advance.
Alternatively, they can buy them from the park on the day of their visit.
The two-hour time slot is activated from the moment a card is tapped for the first ride.
