South Tyneside-based pork butchers firm take on new recruits

A South Tyneside-based food firm has expanded its team with new recruits.

Rose Hotten, Gill Guthrie, Sarah Powell and Victoria Hope are the newest members to join Dicksons Pork Butchers.

They have been tasked with senior roles within in company to help support the business with its growth and expansion plans.

Rose Hotten has take up the post of new factory operations manager, responsible for managing the day-to-day processes at the firm’s South Shields headquarters for a range of customers.

Sarah Powell has been named as the new product development manager, tasked with creating unique new products to add to the Dicksons retail range.

Gill Guthrie has taken the post of new Area Sales Manager, focusing on increasing the presence of the brand within the wholesale and independent sector.

Victoria Hope has joined the team in the role of HR Manager who will oversee the human resources delivery and the professional development of staff at the firm’s factory and shops.

Chris Hayman, managing director at Dicksons said: “We are delighted to be welcoming Sarah, Gill, Rose and Victoria to our growing team of dedicated Dicksons staff.

“Each of our appointments carry a set of important responsibilities as we focus on growing our product range to a new set of retail and wholesale customers in locations throughout the region.

“With four key appointments now filled, we can look forward to supporting the senior additions to our team as they seek to deliver new opportunities for the business.”
